Our anger management program was designed and is taught by Liz Ribas, BS, MS & incorporates many of the leading anger management techniques and principals.  Liz  developed this program for the Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center where she served as the Director of Training.  Since then the class has gained the recognition and approval of the courts system and has been used in a variety of settings with excellent feedback from participants and organizations.  Liz has been teaching anger management for the past six years and is working on a book and designing a companion program for parents dealing with Anger in Children. Our classes have been accepted by various court systems across Maryland but is designed as a tool  for anyone  interested in  better understanding the impact of anger on themselves and the people in their lives.
