Our anger management program incorporates the Anderson & Anderson anger management model along with lessons developed by Liz Ribas, BS.MS.  Liz has been teaching anger management for the past five years and Anderson & Anderson is used across the country and is the most widely used anger management workbook in the nation. Our classes have been accepted by various court systems across Maryland for those that have been court ordered.  The program is designed for anyone interested in better managing anger and developing effective communication skills. Your will learn: how to gain control and better understand your anger, patterns of behavior, how to identify high risk situations and basic communication skills.
